90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Lumi Harmony, we stand behind the quality of our formulas. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order to give you the opportunity to experience the benefits of our products risk-free.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement to ensure prompt fulfillment. Once this 2-hour window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled as they have already been prepared for shipment. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@lumiharmonystore.com with your order number.

Eligibility & "Empty Bottle" Policy

Refunds are available for your first order only. Subsequent orders and recurring subscription renewals are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Maximum Coverage (Up to 3 Bottles): Because our formulas take time to show full results, we cover a maximum of three (3) bottles (a 90-day supply) per order/household. You are eligible for a refund on these first three bottles even if they are opened or completely empty.
  • Multi-Bottle Bundles: If you purchased more than 3 bottles, any bottles beyond the first three must remain factory-sealed, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Fee: A flat $8.00 USD processing and fulfillment fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds per order.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please email us at support@lumiharmonystore.com within 90 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and the specific reason for your dissatisfaction.

Review Process: All requests are subject to review by our Customer Happiness team. Based on our assessment, we will determine if a physical return is required or if a "Returnless Refund" can be granted. If a return is authorized, instructions on the return process and address will be provided.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior written authorization from our team will not be accepted.

Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved (and, if applicable, your return is received), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your statement.
