Cancellation policy
We want you to have flexibility with your purchases. This policy explains how to cancel orders and manage your subscription.
One-Time Purchase Cancellations
- Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement.
- Cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they have already been processed for shipment.
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@lumiharmonystore.com with your order number.
Note: If you miss the 2-hour cancellation window, you may still be eligible for a return under our 30-Day Guarantee. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions are charged every fixed period according to the plan you subscribed to. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date (UTC time).
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your customer portal
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Alternatively, you can email us at support@lumiharmonystore.com for assistance with cancellation.
⚠️ Important: Terminating your subscription plan does not cancel an active order that has already been charged and placed through the subscription. Any order that has already been processed will be shipped and charged as scheduled.
What Happens When You Cancel
- If cancelled at least 48 hours before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- If an order has already been processed for the current billing cycle, that order will still be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
- You will continue to have access to any shipments that have already been processed.
- No future charges will occur after your cancellation is confirmed.
